Description of Sand dryer machine:
Rotary dryer is widely used for drying materials in the industries
of cement, mine, contruction, chemical, food, compoud fertilizer,
etc. Feeding and discharging unit is installed with thermocouple to
control drier temperature. The temperature change of drier's
feeding end can be indicated by the thermometer to control the
inner drier temperature (generally 250-350°C)

Compared with other dryers, rotary drying machine has the following
features:
1) Large production capability, continuous operation.
2) Simple structure, convenient operation.
3) Low malfunction, low maintenance cost.
4) Wide scope of application. It can be used for drying granular
materials, especially benefit for those materials with big
adhesion.
5) Great operating flexibility. The production allows a larger
fluctuation range in the output of products, but not influence the
quality of product.
2. Structure of rotary dryer:

wheel, feeding and discharging unit and gear cap

Chemical industry: ammonium sulfate, sodium sulphide, ammophos, ammonium nitrate,
carbamide, oxalic acid, potassium dichromate, PVC, nitrophosphate
fertilizer, calcium magnesium phosphate, compound fertilizer
Food industry: Glucose, salt, granulated sugar, vitamin malted milk, granular
sugar
Others:Iron powder, flat soybean, garbage abrasive, match sticks, wood
chips, vinasse
Working Principle of three pass river sand drum rotary dryer
machine:
Materials enter the inner side of the drum through the feeding
device to realize current flow drying process, then the materials
enter the middle layer of the inner wall through the other end to
realize counter current drying process. They are lifted in over and
over in the middle layer which advance in two-steps forward and
one-step back way. The three-drum dryers absorb heat from both
inner drum and middle drum, which extend the drying time and
realize the best drying condition. Finally, materials fall into the
external layer of the drum from the other end of the middle layer,
processing in a rectangle multi-loop way. The dried materials move
quickly out of the drum under the hot air, while the wet ones
remain because of their own weight. Materials are dried completely
inside the rectangle shoveling plate and then cooled by the single
drum cooler, thus finishing the whole drying process.
