Production Description of Automatic Gypsum Mortar Machine :

Gypsum mortar is a new type of wall plastering material, which uses semi-water gypsum as the bonding substrate and high-powder polymer as the cementing material. The inorganic filler is added after dry mixing. The gypsum mortar production line developed by our company is mainly composed of storage unit, conveying unit, batching metering unit, mixing unit, dust collect unit, aerodynamic unit, packaging unit and automatic control unit. The production line can be equipped with advanced distribution units such as additives distribution system, light aggregate pneumatic conveying system and finished product conveying pallet system on the basis of traditional classic configuration, greatly improving the overall efficiency of the production line and realizing green friendly production.

4) Pneumatic Conveying:

• This system can adopts the dense phase intermittent batch transport or dilute phase continuous transport as the production requirement.
• It can be used to transport various powder materials such as emulsion powder powder, cellulose and multi-functional additives, fine particles and granule such as calcium powder, glass beads and fine sand.
• High conveying accuracy, small residue without mechanical wear, low energy consumption, without original properties of materials damaged, support long-distance continuous or intermittent transport (80-500 meters).
